Ingredients
- 2 packages crescent rolls
- 1 package cooked sausage crumbles (Jimmy Dean recommended)
- 1 envelope country gravy mix
- 6 eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 oz shredded pepper jack cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease a round pizza pan.
- Arrange the crescent dough triangles in a circle, pressing the seams to seal and form a crust. Bake for 11-13 minutes until golden.
- Prepare the gravy mix according to package directions. Stir in the cooked sausage crumbles and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble in a buttered skillet until nearly set but still a little creamy.
- Spread the sausage gravy evenly over the baked crust.
- Top with the scrambled eggs and sprinkle both types of cheese on top.
- Bake for another 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the eggs are fully set.
- Let the pizza rest for a few minutes to set, then slice and enjoy!
Notes
Make sure to press the crescent roll seams well to prevent the gravy from leaking. Add veggies like bell peppers or onions for extra flavor. For a spicy kick, use spicy sausage or jalapeños.
