Peanut Butter Balls With Rice Krispies

Delicious no-bake treats combining peanut butter and Rice Krispies, perfect for parties or snacks.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups Rice Krispies
  • 10 ounces semi-sweet chocolate melting wafers
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • Flake sea salt

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, blend the peanut butter, softened butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in Rice Krispies until evenly incorporated. Optionally, add more Rice Krispies for extra crunch.
  5. Use a scoop to form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Freeze for 15 minutes to firm up.
  7. Melt chocolate wafers with coconut oil until completely smooth.
  8. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, shaking off the excess, and return to the parchment.
  9. Sprinkle sea salt on top and refrigerate for 10 minutes to set.

Notes

Use softened butter for a smooth mixture. Freeze before dipping in chocolate to maintain shape.
