Ingredients
- 1 package of fudge brownie mix (or 1 package of ready-made brownies)
- 2 packages (13 ounces each) of Reese’s Miniature cups
- 2 packages of instant vanilla pudding mix
- 4 cups of chilled milk
- 1 cup of smooth or chunky peanut butter
- 4 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 16 ounces of whipped topping (thawed or homemade)
Instructions
- If using homemade brownies, follow the package directions and bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes. If using pre-made brownies, crumble them into 3/4 inch chunks and slice the peanut butter cups in half, reserving 1/3 cup for garnishing.
- In a large mixing bowl, blend the chilled milk and pudding mix for a couple of minutes until it thickens. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping. In a 5-quart bowl, layer 1/3 of the crumbled brownies.
- Add 1/3 of the halved peanut butter cups over the brownies, followed by 1/3 of the pudding mixture.
- Repeat the layering process two more times, finishing with the remaining whipped topping on the top layer.
- Garnish with reserved peanut butter cups and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
Serve chilled and enjoy the flavors as they meld together. This dessert is best enjoyed cold for summer gatherings.
