Ingredients
- 4 medium flour tortillas (8-inch)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 8 slices deli ham
- 12 slices hard salami
- 24 slices pepperoni
- 20 banana pepper rings
- 2 teaspoons Italian dressing
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Stack the tortillas on a microwave-safe plate, cover with a damp paper towel, and microwave for 20-25 seconds until warm and flexible.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F for about 3 minutes.
- Lay each tortilla flat and sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese as the base.
- Layer 2 slices of ham, 3 slices of salami, and 6 pepperoni slices on each tortilla.
- Place 5 banana pepper rings on each wrap, drizzle with 1/2 teaspoon Italian dressing, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Add another layer of mozzarella cheese on top, then roll each tortilla like a burrito, folding in the sides first and rolling tightly from bottom to top.
- Brush the tops of each wrap with melted butter and place seam-side down in the air fryer.
- Cook for 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Carefully remove, brush with more melted butter if desired, let cool for a minute, then slice diagonally and serve hot.
Notes
These wraps are best served warm. Pair them with marinara sauce for dipping. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days and reheat in the air fryer.
