Ingredients
- 32 oz bag frozen tater tots
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 pound cooked chicken, chopped or shredded
- 2 tablespoons green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F and reserve 2 tablespoons of crumbled bacon for garnish.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, most crumbled bacon, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning mix, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with frozen tater tots in a single layer.
- Bake for about 40 minutes until the tater tots are golden and crispy, and the casserole is bubbling around the edges.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with reserved bacon crumbles and green onions. Serve hot.
Notes
For an extra layer of flavor, try adding garlic powder or onion powder. Feel free to customize with vegetables or different seasonings.
