Instructions
- Brush slices of bread with olive oil and toast until golden and crispy.
- In a bowl, mix halved cherry tomatoes, chopped basil, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread burrata cheese over the toasted bread, then add the tomato mixture on top.
- Drizzle with additional olive oil and balsamic glaze if desired. Garnish with extra basil and red pepper flakes.
