Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Whisk dry ingredients: flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt.
  3. Whisk wet ingredients: eggs, milk, oil, vanilla.
  4. Dissolve espresso powder in boiling water.
  5. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet, mix until just combined (don’t overmix).
  6. Stir in espresso mixture.
